About Cindy Fiala
Cindy Fiala has worked in the church for over 30 years, as a volunteer, Children's Director, Family Pastor and most recently as an Executive Pastor of Ministries. She is the founder and owner of Collective Co., a coaching and consulting group that works with leaders to help their teams be more effective and productive through clarity and alignment. Her passion is to see people lead and live wholehearted lives at home and at work. Cindy is a CapaPro member and affiliated with the Table Group. She and her husband John live in Colorado with their two dogs. They have three grown kids, two bonus kids (married into their family) and six grandkids that they are stupid in love with.
