
Allison Rattenborg
Allison Rattenborg is the director of children’s ministry at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Peoria, Ill., where she has transitioned an event-driven ministry to a relational ministry using a small group model. She empowers and equips leaders to serve from their sweet spot. She recently launched a moms’ ministry, partnering with parents in their homes and doing life together. Prior to this role, she was a preschool administrator, college instructor, stay-at-home mom, and a middle school teacher. She was also a contributing author for a college textbook on Public Speaking. Allison loves dreaming big for Jesus, coffee, dark chocolate and her amazing family!
