About Jessica Bealer
Jessica Bealer has been leading in family ministry for 20 years. Six of which were spent overseeing standards, systems, staffing and atmosphere for the children’s ministry of Elevation Church. She has overseen the launch of twenty locations, and is considered a specialist in kidmin multisite. Jessica currently oversees the Family Ministry Services Division of Generis, an organization dedicated to helping churches see their mission accomplished. Jessica is a mother of four, published author and host of the Women’s Leadership Workshop podcast. She has spoken at conferences and churches around the globe, including Hillsong Conference, Exponential, Orange Conference, Children's Pastor's Conference and Kidmin MegaCon. She is married to Frank, the CEO of Phase Family Centers and Executive Director of Leadership Development at Orange.
