About Gina McClain
Gina McClain has served in the local church since 1999 at rapidly growing multisite churches between Oklahoma and Tennessee. She spent her first 10 years at Life.Church leading Children’s ministry at the broadcast campus. The next 10 years, Gina served at the executive level at Faith Promise church in Knoxville TN and Crosspoint church in Nashville TN.
Gina is the co-author of the book Don't Quit, the best things in ministry come over time.
Currently Gina coaches ministry leaders and works with GroupONE39 sourcing the best talent for great churches. She specializes in NextGen ministries, equipping ministry leaders in Children’s, Students and College environments to incorporate solid systems that equip volunteers to lead well.
Gina’s been married to Kyle for more than 26 years and together they have three kids: Keegan, Josie & Connor.
