Regardless of the drama, loud noises, sticky fingers, early mornings, late nights, bus rides, bad jokes, tears, strange odors, hard questions, glitter, meltdowns, awkward conversations, and out-of-control situations . . .

. . . you know something amazing happens to your own faith when you engage personally with kids at every phase.

So you are “here for it!”

“Here” requires a consistent action to show up

“For” cues you to have the posture of an advocate

“It” engages you to take a step into something unpredictable

for the sake of someone’s everyday faith in Jesus.

Leaders who work on the front lines with kids and teenagers realize that a “here for it” mindset can be risky, challenging, unpredictable, overwhelming, and life-giving all at the same time.

So, what does it look like to help a new generation of volunteers and parents get ready to walk into every room and every situation with a “here for it” mindset?
