We’d also like to add “Mondays” to this list. They are inevitable, and for many people, quite daunting. As church leaders, we are so often focused on Sundays that we forget most people are working for the weekend. The rough stuff happens when they aren’t with us. The rest of the week is where their faith is tested, the kids are disobedient, and the number of errands outweighs the hours.

So what if the church took that on that same perspective? What if we better prepared those in our care to handle life outside our walls? What if we treated every Sunday like Monday is coming?

We want to hear what your church is up to during the week—what happens outside of Sundays. Tell us how your church is taking this approach, or how you’d like to. This isn’t about your mid-week service, it’s about making what you do on Sunday matter in someone’s life on Monday.
