We know most days in ministry are perfect. Skies are blue. Volunteers are happy and engaged. Senior leadership literally gives you a pat on the back. And Tuesdays are marked by ice cream sundaes with no calories or fat. It’s awesome to be in ministry!
But there are some days, maybe only a few mind you, where you feel like you don’t have the answers. Like you need a little help. Like Sunday is every other day of the week. And on those days you ask questions such as:

We spend our year listening to you and those like you to see what questions you have, what issues you face and what’s next in ministry. Then we find the best people to address those topics.
