How to Shift Priorities by Jeff Henderson
It seems simple, but it’s easy to forget that clarity always wins. As leaders of our organizations, we have to shift and push back against the inevitable flow away from focus and purpose. How? There is no perfect way. Jeff will share his methods with you during this breakout for senior leadership. His way might not work for you. That’s fine. But find a way that does.

Connecting With Parents of Students by Jeremy Zach
In our student ministry, what are we inviting our parents to do? Hopefully the goal is to help parents take a step in the right direction as being the primary influence in the life of their student. Student pastors need help fostering connections between parents and adult volunteers so that the student pastor doesn’t feel like they’re doing it alone. So, what are realistic expectations in initiating a relationship with parents in our student ministry? In this breakout we will highlight some of the creative, simple and unique ways that Small Group Leaders and/or student pastors can engage with parents.
