Our YouLead library offers hundreds of leadership resources. Not sure where to start? Starting this month, we have laid out a few plans, or tracks, for you. Within each YouLead track we have listed resources for you personally as a leader and resources for your volunteers. Here is a sneak peek of one of our tracks. The Orange Leaders Handbook Track. Have you had a chance to take the Orange Leaders Assessment? If not, you can download the questions here, and the Orangeometer here. This assessment allows you to evaluate where you are in your ministry according to the five components of the Orange Strategy:
- Integrate Strategy
- Refine the Message
- Reactivate the Family
- Elevate Community
- Leverage Influence.
Once you have completed this assessment, then you can tackle the areas that need some work! And here is where YouLead comes in. This track suggests 12 Issues, one for each month, for you to work through as you continue to integrate the Orange Strategy in your ministry.
